En el present article es realitza una aproximació a la realitat legal que encara la població
LGBTI (lesbianes, gais, bisexuals, transsexuals i intersexuals) en els diferents països del
món. Es realitza una anàlisi del càstig o acceptació que hi ha sobre l'homosexualitat i
quina ha estat la seva evolució legal al llarg del temps. Els resultats llancen la visió d'un
món bipolar fortament dividit i amb tendència a una major divisió en el futur. Amèrica,
Oceania i Europa occidental acullen i respecten a la població amb conductes sexuals
heterodoxes mentre la resta del món es debat entre la negació del fenomen i l'opressió
contundent d'exemplaritat.In the present article an approximation is made to the legal reality faced by the LGBTI
population (lesbians, gays, bisexuals, transsexuals and intersexuals) in different countries
of the world. An analysis of the punishment or acceptance that exists on the homosexuality
is realized and what its legal evolution has been through the time. The results show
the vision of a strongly divided bipolar world with a tendency to further division in the
future. America, Oceania and Western Europe welcome and respect the population with
heterodox sexual behaviors while the rest of the world is torn between the denial of the
phenomenon and the overwhelming and exemplary oppression.En el presente artículo se realiza una aproximación a la realidad legal que encara la

países del mundo. Se realiza un análisis del castigo o aceptación que existe sobre
la homosexualidad y cuál ha sido su evolución legal a lo largo del tiempo. Los resultados
arrojan la visión de un mundo bipolar fuertemente dividido y con tendencia a una mayor
división en el futuro. América, Oceanía y Europa occidental acogen y respetan a la población
con conductas sexuales heterodoxas mientras el resto del mundo se debate entre
la negación del fenómeno y la opresión contundente y ejemplarizante
