Abstract

ABSTRACT Performance is a tangible result achieved by a person or group of people within an organization with the authority and responsibility of each in the framework of efforts to achieve organizational goals. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence motivation, discipline, employee satisfaction, commitment, transactional leadership, transformational leadership, and servant leadership on employee performance of Tax Office Pratama Sukoharjo. Data collected through quesionnaires. The population of the research was all employee of 113 staff and the samples of the research were 56 staff. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Methods of data analysis used in the research is multipe linier regression analysis, t-test, F-test, coefficient determination test, and classical assumption. The result showed that job satisfaction and servant leadership variables influence on employee performance, while motivation variable, discipline, commitment, transactional leadership, and transformational leadership have no effect on employee performance.
