Perbedaan Pengaruh Pemberian Latihan Core Stability Dengan Latihan Single Leg Propioseptif Terhadap Keseimbangan Dinamis Pada Siswa SMP Yang Mengikuti Ekstrakurikuler Basket Di Kabupaten Klaten

Abstract

Background: Extracurricular activities greatly affect the development of children, especially adolescents who are looking for identity. Basketball is one of the extracurricular that much in demand teenagers. Games that require sudden movement and rapid changes require balance when playing. Research Aim: This study aims to determine the effect and effect of core stability exercise with single leg propioceptive to dynamic balance in junior high school students who follow extracurricular basketball in Klaten district. Method of Research: This research uses Quasi Experiment Design, by pre-test and post-test two group design, located at SMP N 3 Klaten and SMP N 4 Klaten, the total sample is 31 people. The data obtained were tested with Paired Sample T-test and One Way Annova Result: The effect test with Paired Sample T-test was obtained before and after training result on core stability and single leg propioceptive training group obtained p-value of 0.000. Because p <α (0,05), Ha is accepted, which means there is influence of core stability and single leg propioceptive exercises on dynamic balance in junior high school students following extracurricular basketball in Klaten district. While the difference test of influence with Independent Sample T-test Annova obtained p-value of 0.000. Conclusion: There is an effect and there is a difference in the effect of core stability exercise with single leg propioceptive to dynamic balance in junior high school students following extracurricular basketball in Klaten district
