Pengaruh Kompensasi, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta

Abstract

Analysis of this research about the influence of compensation, job satisfaction, and motivation to employee performance. The study conducted at PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta. Samples taken in the study were 59 respondents who worked at PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability test and classical assumption test. Based on the results of the analysis found it can be explained that the partial and simultaneous compensation, job satisfaction, and motivation have a positive and significant impact on employee performance In the model established variable compensation, job satisfaction, and motivation able to explain employee performance variable of 57 %
