This study aims to describe 1). Review of good governance accountability in planning and implementation of infrastructure development in Mundu Village, 2). constraints in the planning and implementation of infrastructure development, and 3). Solutions provided. This research uses descriptive qualitative. Data collection uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of data using source triangulation and technique. Data analysis uses interactive models through data collection, data reduction, presentation and conclusion. The results showed that: 1). Assessment of good governance accountability in planning and implementation of infrastructure development in Mundu Village can be assessed through policies that have been taken by the village head through the consideration of BPD and deliberation among citizens through representatives, the Government and village institutions formulate village development programs through urgent development and should be done with soon, Success in a development in society is often influenced by a leader, a program used by Mundu village chief to build up concrete and bridge with labor intensive. Development in the community is often influenced by a typical leader and a good working pattern to implemented optimally; 2). Obstacles experienced, namely the first lack of human resources, the two facilities are less adequate, and the third lack of understanding of technical guidance from the Regional Government, especially in the field of legislation; 3). Solutions provided by coaching to improve human resources through seminars, BPD took the means by moving the activities of the meeting to the village office hall, the development of new members of BPD and village head asked the local government to hold a seminar to provide technical understanding and legislali for competent human resources
