This study aims to describe 1). Implementation of responsiveness of good governance in public service in Mundu Village, 2). Good governance in public service in Mundu Village, 3). Constraints to the implementation of responsiveness of good governance in public services in Mundu Village, 4). Solution to overcome the obstacles of implementation of responsiveness good governance in public service in Mundu Village.
This research uses descriptive qualitative. Data collection uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity uses source triangulation and technique. Data analysis uses interactive models through data collection, data reduction, presentation and conclusion.
The result of the research shows that: 1). No complaints from the community can be concluded that village governance has been running well; 2). Good governance which is done by mundu village government is good enough in prove with the socialization and counseling in order to increase the insight of the village community; 3). Constraints faced by lack of communication tools, lack of human resources and inadequate access to village roads; 4). Solution used: a). the counseling and socialization of the village government regularly, word of mouth or mutual response, b). the government provides motivation and encouragement to the community for the high value of gotong royong to create village harmony, the government synergize to serve the community, c). holds meetings in turns of each hamlet to avoid social jealousy among rural communities, is expected to be self-reliant for village progress
