Pengaruh Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja Terhadap Hubungan Antara Total Quality Manajemen Dengan Kinerja Manajerial (Studi Empiris Pada PDAM (Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum) Kabupaten Langgur Maluku Tenggara

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship of Total Quality Management (TQM) influence to managerial performance and Total Quality Management (TQM) interaction and performance measurement system have an effect on managerial performance. This research is a cros-sectional study. The population in this research is all employees of Regional Water Company (PDAM) Langgur Maluku Tenggara. The sample in this research is 52 employees with sampling technique that is purposive sampling. Test requirements analysis using the test nomalittas, autokoelasi, heteroskedastisitas and multikolinearitas. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research are: 1) Total Quality Management (TQM) has a positive effect on managerial performance; and 2) Interaction of Total Quality Management (TQM) and performance measurement system has no significant effect on managerial performance
