The EB is composed by the Project Leader (PL) and three members. The Executive Board (EB) works in a collegial way.    Pag.  n. 2  The Executive Board is chaired by the PL, Aldo Pizzuto, who is in charge of all the decisions on strategic and technical matters and represents – either in person or through his delegates - the project. He is responsible for the full project steps forward.  The three members supporting the PL are: Raffaele Albanese, Flavio Crisanti and Piero Martin.   They support the PL in the strategic and technical management of the project and discuss together all the main decisions to be taken for the project implementation. In order to make the EB work more efficient, the following main areas will be followed by each of the EB members:   R. Albanese: Design of the facility, including all technical and engineering aspects.  F. Crisanti: Physics design, including scenario, machine parameters and targets; He acts as Secretary of the EB  P. Martin: Project interface at national and international levels, including external relationships.
