Abstract
U radu se analiziraju morfološke promjene žala Zogon u Svetoj Nedjelji na otoku Hvaru u razdoblju od 50-ih godina 20. stoljeća do danas. Opisane su fizičko-geografske karakteristike otoka Hvara i uvale Zogon. Razmotreni su potom mogući antropogeni utjecaji, odnosno načini na koje ljudske djelatnosti utječu na žalo. Također su razmotrena klimatska obilježja istraživanog područja te mogući utjecaj klimatskih promjena na smanjenje žala.This paper studies morphological changes of the Zogon beach, Sveta Nedjelja, Island of Hvar, during the period from 1950s until the present day. Physical geographical characteristics of the Island of Hvar and Zogon bay have been described. Anthropogenic effects and especially the way human activities affect the beach have been studied. The climate of the area was analyzed and the possible effect of the reduction of the beach was studied
