Abstract
Crnoplodna aronija (Aronia melanocarpa Michx.) listopadni je grm iz porodice ruža (Rosaceae), čiji plodovi obiluju polifenolima i antocijanima. U sklopu diplomskog rada razrađena je metoda uvođenja vrste Aronia melanocarpa u kulturu in vitro, kao i metoda brze multiplikacije izdanaka. Kao početni eksplantati korišteni su odsječci grančica aronije dugački jedan centimetar koji su sadržavali po jedan bočni pup. Kontaminacija inokuliranih izdanaka bila je zanemariva (nakon 6 tjedana 91% izdanaka ostalo je sterilno). Umnažanje je provedeno na MS podlozi s dodatkom različitih koncentracija regulatora rasta 6-benzilaminopurina (BA), giberelinske kiseline (GA3), te indol-3-maslačne kiseline (IBA). Najbolji rezultati (12,6 izdanaka po eksplantatu) postignuti su na MS podlozi s dodatkom 1,0 mg dm-3 BA, 0,5 mg dm-3 GA3, te 0,1 mg dm-3 IBA.Black chokeberry (Aronia melanocarpa Michx.) is a decidnous bush-like plant which belongs to the Rosaceae family. Their fruits have a high concentration of polyphenols and anthocyanins. The possibility of in vitro propagation of Aronia melamocarpa has been investigated. The initial explants were 1 cm long chokeberry shoot segments containing one lateral bud. After the surface sterilization, the explants were inoculated to MS medium. The contamination of incubated shoots was negligible (after 6 weeks 91% of shoots remaind sterile). Multiplication was developed on MS medium, supplemented with different concentrations of 6-benzylaminopurine (BA), gibberellic acid (GA3) and indole-3-butyric acid (IBA). The higest multiplication rates per explant (12.6) were achived on MS medium with the addition of 1.0 mg dm-3 BA, 0.5 mg dm-3 GA3 and 0.1 mg dm-3 IBA
