Efficiency of the Correction Technology of Unfixed Disorders of the Locomotor Apparatus of Children aged 5–6 Years Old by Means of Physical Rehabilitation

Abstract

У роботі розроблено та апробовано технології корекції нефіксованих порушень опорно-рухового апарату дітей 5–6 років засобами фізичної реабілітації в умовах дошкільного навчального закладу. У дослідженні брали участь 73 дитини шкільного віку 5–6 років м. Києва. У роботі використано такі методи дослідження, як педагогічне спостереження; антропометрія; комп’ютерна фотометрія; метод відеометріі з використанням програми «Big Foot»; педагогічне тестування, методи математичної статистики. Розроблено технологію фізичної реабілітації, яка включає лікувальну й ранкову гімнастику, елементи аквафітнесу, рухливі ігри спеціальної спрямованості, масаж, елементи фізіотерапії та ортопедичного режиму. Засоби фізичної реабілітації спрямовані на корекцію порушень постави у фронтальній і сагітальній площині, плосковальгусної та варусної стопи. The study is devoted to development and approbation of the technology of correction of unfixed disorders of the locomotor apparatus of children aged 5–6 years old by means of physical rehabilitation in the conditions of a preschool educational establishment. The study involved 73 preschool children from Kiev. In the study it was used the following research methods: analysis of special scientific and methodical literature; pedagogical observation; anthropometry; computer photometry; method of videometry with the use of the program «Big Foot»; pedagogical testing, methods of mathematical statistics. It was developed the technology of physical rehabilitation which includes: curative and morning gymnastics, aquafitnesselements, outdoor games with special orientation, massage, physiotherapy and orthopedic regime elements.
