Abstract
У статті проаналізовано місце і роль тлумачення норм права в процесі правозастосування. Функції тлумачення норм права в процесі правозастосування – це основні завдання та напрямки роз’яснення змісту правових норм з метою їх однакового розуміння, застосування та прийняття законного правозастосовного рішення.The article deals with the role and place of the interpretation of law norm in the process of law application.
