Abstract
У статті здійснено спробу аналізу структурних ознак концепції людини в
“паралізованому” світі збірки оповідань Джеймса Джойса “Дублінці”. Порушено проблему екзистенції людини в “мертвому” місті Ірландії – Дубліні. Розглянуто характерні риси героїв оповідань Джеймса Джойса, засоби вираження
їхнього внутрішнього світу, означено їхню роль у висвітленні трагедії ірландського народу. На прикладі оповідання “Евеліна”, що є складовою частиною
збірки “Дублінці”, показано переживання самого автора. In the article the attempt of structural signs
analysis of a man’s conception is carried out in the “paralysed” world of “Dubliners”
by James Joyce. The problem of a man’s existence is shown in a “dead” city of
Ireland – Dublin. The heroes’ personal treats in stories by James Joyce are examined,
means of their internal world expression, their role is designated in revealing of
tragedy among the Irish people. On the example of a story “Evelina”, which was
included in the aforementioned collection “Dubliners”, author’s feelings and emotions
are shown
