Morphological Parameters of the Perianthium and the Androecium in the Subfamilie Dracaenaceae Salisb

Abstract

Досліджено морфологічні та морфометричні ознаки оцвітини й андроцея в родах Dracaena та Sansevieria для з’ясування можливості використання цих ознак у систематиці родини. Вивчено якісні ознаки будови тичинки, 14 кількісних ознак: довжина оцвітини, довжина листочків оцвітини, діаметр квіткової трубки, довжина квіткової трубки, довжина прирослої частини внутрішньої тичинки до квіткової трубки, довжина вільної частини внутрішньої тичинки за межами квіткової трубки, загальна довжина внутрішньої тичинки, довжина прирослої частини зовнішньої тичинки до квіткової трубки, довжина зовнішньої тичинки за межами квіткової трубки, загальна довжина зовнішньої тичинки, довжина пиляка, діаметр тичинкової нитки, ширина листочка оцвітини, діаметр пиляка. Проведено їх кластерний аналіз і розраховано відносні показники для десяти видів роду Sansevieria та двох видів роду Dracaena. Досліджені ознаки оцвітини й андроцея не дають змоги чітко відокремити представників роду Dracaena від роду Sansevieria. In the article the study of reference is morphological variability the perianth and androecium in genera Dracaena and Sansevieria and examine the possibility to use their characteristics in the taxonomy of this family. We studied the following quantitative 14 morphological parameters: perianth length, tepals length and width, floral tube length, its diameter, length of external and internal stamens and their diameter, staminal filaments, anther length and diameter, place of attachment staminal filament to anther. Calculated as relative indicators: the ratio of the length of the tube to the floral perianth, the ratio of the diameter floral tube to its length. The study was conducted on 12 species: 10 species of flower genus Sansevieria and 2 species of Dracaena. It was shown that quantitative characters of the perianth and androecium don’t allow to clearly separate the genus Dracaena from the genus Sansevieria. The genus Sansevieria is a representative of the Dracaena-Sansevieria – group of Asparagaceae, that is not previously studied in detail.Роботу виконано на кафедрі ботаніки СНУ ім. Лесі Українк
