Abstract
In February 2018, the Recommended Immunization Schedule for Adults Aged 19 Years or Older, United States, 2018 became effective, as recommended by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) and approved by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The adult immunization schedule was also approved by the American College of Physicians, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and the American College of Nurse-Midwives.CDC announced the availability of the 2018 adult immunization schedule in the Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report (MMWR).
