TGZ suppresses TGFβ2-induced expression of fibronectin and collagen type I in subconfluent ARPE-19 cells

The expressions of fibronectin and collagen type I were assayed by RT–PCR analysis (A), western blot analysis (B), and ELISA (C) as – described. *
