Copper Catalyzed Cross-Coupling of Iodobenzoates with Bromozinc-difluorophosphonate

Abstract

A copper-catalyzed cross-coupling of iodobenzoates with bromozinc-difluorophosphonate, generated from diethyl bromodifluoromethylphosphonate and zinc in dioxane, is reported. The notable features of this reaction are its high reaction efficiency, excellent functional group compatibility, and operational simplicity.
