Peremlétben? A Tiszazug néprajzi, történeti, földrajzi kutatása az ezredfordulón = In the Outskirts of the Life? Ethnographical, Historical, Geographical researches of Tiszazug Region at the Millennium

Abstract

A kutatás feladata volt a Tiszazugban lezajlott és jelenleg zajló társadalmi, gazdasági, mentális, kulturális, ökológiai folyamatok elemzése és értelmezése. Ez megtörtént a családi gazdaságok, az életmód, az ipar, a kulturális rendezvények, ünnepek, a sajtó, a vallási élet terén, illetve foglalkoztunk a természetföldrajzi jellemzők változásával. A kutatásban központi helyet foglalt el továbbá a közösségi élet, az identitás és az életmód-változás vizsgálata. Kutatásunkhoz sajátos alapot teremtett az a tény, hogy előzményként, ugyanakkor önreflexiós „szondaként” tudtuk használni az 1970-es,-80-as években zajlott vizsgálatok eredményeit. Reményeink szerint e kutatás 5 évének eredményei hasonló alapot teremtenek egy majdani folytatáshoz. A kutatás kezdeti szakaszában azt a célt fogalmaztuk meg, hogy sokszínű - szociológiai, történeti, tájföldrajzi, néprajzi–antropológiai – képet adunk a Tiszazug mai életéről. Úgy véljük, kötetekbe rendezett tanulmányaink, konferencia- előadásaink és a tudományos, valamint a vizsgált területről érkező visszajelzések igazolják, hogy célunkat sikerült megvalósítanunk. | The aim of the research was to analyse and interpret the completed and ongoing social, economic, mental, cultural and ecological processes in Tiszazug. It has been reached in the field of family farms, lifestyle, industry, cultural events and festivals, the press and the religious life, and we have dealt with the changing of the geographical features. The analysis of social life, the changing of identity and lifestyle also took central place in the research. It made a specific basis for our research that we could use the results of the surveys of the 1970s and 1980s as a background, and at the same time as a self-reflecting ‘probe’. We hope that the results of this 5 year long research will make a similar basis for a future research. In the initial phase of the research we formulated the goal to give colourful – sociological, historical, landscape, ethnographical-anthropological – picture of the contemporary life of Tiszazug. We believe that our studies published in different volumes, our conference lectures and the scientific feedbacks and the acknowledgements from the analysed area prove that our goal has been achieved
