不同饲料蛋白水平对泥鳅生长及体组成的影响

用7种不同蛋白质水平(分别为22.82、28.28、33.24、38.23、42.71、48.49和51.97%)的近似等脂等能饲料分别饲喂泥鳅(Misgumus anguillicaudatus)幼鱼(初始体重1.72±0.04 g)8周,每组3重复(每个重复15尾鱼)。实验在室内70L静水塑料缸(装水2/3缸体积,水深15-20cm)中进行,每日换水量约缸内水的1/3。结果表明,当蛋白水平占饲料干物质含量48.49%,实验鱼的特定生长率(SGR)显著高于最低蛋白水平饲料组(P<0.05)。各蛋白水平处理组胃蛋白酶、肠淀粉酶、肠胰蛋白酶测定值均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。当蛋白水平占饲料干物质含量42.71%,实验鱼的总氮、总磷排放量显著低于其余各处理组(P<0.05)。基于SGR结果通过折线模拟,计算得知泥鳅最大生长的最适蛋白需求水平约占饲料干物质44.67%
