论文选择荒漠结皮中的优势藻类Nostoc sp.为材料,研究紫外辐射条件下外源抗氧化剂对细胞光合活性和酶活性的保护效应。研究发现,外源SNP和L-NAC 的加入,对念珠藻在紫外光下的光合活性影响不大,而外源L-NNA和AsA的加入,可以显著促进紫外光下念珠藻的光合活性,说明二者有较好的保护效应。外源SNP、L-NAC、L-NNA和AsA对SOD活性均有明显的促进效应;而AsA
