研究了凤眼莲、水芹人工湿地对东湖污水中氮、磷净化率与有关细菌的空间分布的关系.结果表明:人工湿地中,植物除本身可以直接吸收含氮、磷化合物外,其根系分泌物可促进某些嗜磷、氮细菌的生长,促进氮、磷释放、转化,从而间接提高净化率.有植物的湿地系统,以上细菌数量显著高于无植物系统,且植物根部的细菌数比介质中高1~2 个数量级.在除氮机制中,植物起主导作用,而在磷的净化过程中,细菌是一个限制性因子
