Abstract

rMC-1 cells were propagated on AGE-modified laminin followed by staining with syntrophin and dystrophin antibodies, the images were taken using confocal microscopy. (A) Representative photomicrographs showing a decrease in the staining of dystrophin and clustering of syntrophin near cell membrane on AGE-modified laminin. Bar chart showing a Mander’s colocalization coefficient for (B) Syntrophin and (C) Dystrophin, n = 3.</p
