RESOLUTION  
Whereas:  
All faculty should have extended to them reasonable professional commitments to sustain the 
quality and stability of the profession and the integrity of our standing with the public.  
Be it resolved that:  
Compensation for part-time employment should be the corresponding fraction for a full-time 
position having qualitatively similar responsibilities and qualifications.  Compensation should 
include such essential fringe benefits as health insurance, life insurance, and retirement 
contributions.
