Pengaruh Tipe Kepribadian Dosen Terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi Mahasiswa (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta)
The purpose of this research is to know the influence of personality type sanguinis, melancholy personality type, koleris personality type, phlegmatic personality type toward achievement motivation Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. This study also aims to determine jointly the influence of the four independent variables to the dependent variable and to determine which variables are the most dominant influence among the four independent variables to the dependent variable. The type of research is quantitative research, with a population of all students of the Faculty of Economics and Business of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta, with a sample of 40 respondents. Sampling using simple random sampling or simple random technique. While the technique of collecting data of this research through questionnaire with likert scale.
Based on SPSS 20.0 calculation result from t statistic test, significant variable sanguinis personality type 0,093 0,05 H0 personality type is accepted and type a significant phlegmatic personality of 0.014 < 0.05 H0 is rejected. F test results Probability significant 0,000 < 0.05; so in this study independent variables together affect the dependent variable. Coefficient Determination R2 obtained results of 0,831 means that personality type variable (sanguinis, melancholy, koleris, phlegmatis) can explain the achievement motivation variable of 0,831 or 83,1%, the rest can be explained other variables that are not contained in the model
