PENGARUH MANAJEMEN MODAL KERJA DAN FAKTOR EKONOMI MAKRO TERHADAP KINERJA DAN NILAI PERUSAHAAN INDUSTRI TEKSTIL DI INDONESIA

Abstract

This study included an explanatory or confirmatory study that discusses the effect of working capital management and macro-economic factors on the performance and value of companies. Comprehensively purpose of this study is to prove and analyze the effect of the cash conversion cycle, working capital turnover, investment structures, funding structure, liquidity, exchange rate, interest rate, inflation on the performance and value of companies. The population in this study was the textile industry which go public on the Stock Exchange for at least ten years old, own capital should be positive and never experienced delisting during the period of 2005-2014. This study uses a sample of saturated, meaning that the entire population of about 10 companies sampled entirely. The analysis used to test the hypothesis in this study are regression and the mediator or intervening variable, analysis Path [Path analysis]. The research proves that the investment structure, the structure of funding, liquidity has significant effect on the performance of the company; exchange rate, interest rate significantly influence the performance and value of companies; cash conversion cycle, working capital turnover and inflation does not affect the performance of the company; the company's performance did not mediate the effect of the cash conversion cycle, working capital turnover, inflation to corporate value, but the results further prove that the company's performance mediates the effect of investment structure, financing structure, liquidity, exchange rate, interest rates on the value of the company.
