Implementasi Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru dalam Pembelajaran di Ra Babussalam Pontianak Utara

Abstract

This study aimed to obtain information on the implementation of pedagogical competence of teachers in learning, such as to determine the ability of teachers to plan learning in RA Babussalam north Pontianak, to determine the ability of teachers to plan learning in RA Babussalam north Pontianak, to determine the ability of teachers in implementing the learning in RA Babussalam north Pontianak, and to determine the ability of teachers to evaluate learning in RA Babussalam north Pontianak. The research method used is descriptive method with qualitative research approach. S1 reseach object is a teacher in RA Babussalam north Pontianak amounting to 5 people. The technique used is the technique of direct observation, interviews, and documentation with a data collector in the form of observational guide, interview, and documentation using a camera. The results of data analysis showed that the implementation of pedagogical competence teachers in RA Babussalam north Pontianak done quite well. This is because teachers do not prepare RKH learning so that the implementation of learning becomes irregular and teachers rarely do the evaluation of learning
