This research background from the low values of manners and moral values. Learning to tell is one of the means used to increase moral behavior in children. A total of 80.95% of children have difficulty in begging and giving forgiveness, 71.43% can not say thank you when getting something, and 61.90% have not been able to speak politely. This research uses classroom action research with a descriptive subject group of 21 early chilhood education B2 Daarul Jannah East Pontianak. The results of data analysis of moral behavior of children through storytelling about the behavior of the noble Prophet Muhammad shows that: Planning learning increased by 2.72 in the first cycle and by 2.86 in the second cycle; Implementation of learning increases with the average value of the first cycle of 2.61 and 2.77 for the second cycle; Improved learning of moral behavior on the indicator of the children would beg forgiveness of 61.9%, children thanked increased by 66.67% and the child spoke politely increased by 71.4%
