Target of this research leadership style influence mendeskripsikan lead TK to teacher performance discipline. Method in this research descriptive method. Technique analyse this research data descriptive analysis with mean method (%), simple linear regression, and doubled liniear regresi. Data analysis show r > r of[is tables of (5,562>2,042), meaning there are signifikan influence leadership style Lead TK to teacher performance discipline. Its conclusion leadership style Lead TK which is to be applied democratic leadership style there are 3 TK, style leadership laizes-faire there are 1 autocratic TK, leadership style 1 TK and teacher performance discipline. Lead TK can maintain leadership style which have there teacher performance discipline become betterly, Head TK can pay attention USAge leadership style as according to work condition and situation at that moment. If with leadership style which have been applied by Head TK in the reality cannot improve teacher performance discipline, hence TK head can change with other leadership style
