An effective enantioselective bromoaminocyclization of allyl <i>N</i>-tosylcarbamates catalyzed by a chiral phosphine–Sc­(OTf)₃ complex is described. A wide variety of optically active oxazolidinone derivatives containing various functional groups can be obtained with high enantioselectivities
