Abstract

<p>(A) Expression levels of the indicated genes in livers from individual mice relative to SD fed AKR mice (n = 3 per group). (B) Averaged values for each strain relative to AKR mice fed SD. Group 1 genes are significantly upregulated in B6 LD only; Group 2 genes are significantly upregulated in both B6 LD and B6 SD groups. A significant change is defined as ≥3 fold difference with P<0.05 relative to SD AKR controls.</p
