This study aimed to describe the improvement of the learning activities using the Social Sciences Cooperative models learner Elementary School fifth grade 05 Suruh Tembawang . The research method used is descriptive . Based on the data analysis of the obtained results of the study which includes the ability of teachers to design learning Social Sciences Cooperative Techniques Using Model Couple Exchanging cycle I gained an average of 2,84 and the second cycle increased to 3,51 . The ability of teachers to implement learning Social Sciences Cooperative Techniques Using Model Couple Exchanging cycle I gained an average of 2,08 and the second cycle increased to 3,02 . Physical activity of students in the first cycle and gained 60 % in the second cycle increased to 87,5 % . Mental activity of learners who appeared in the first cycle and gained 55 % in the second cycle increased to 85 % . Emotional activity learners who appeared in the first cycle and gained 73,3 % in the second cycle increased to 93,3 %
