Force measurements for porcine gallbladder tissue puncture with a suture needle

Abstract

<p>A suture needle (USP size 4-0, metric 1.5) was attached to a force probe (ATI, Nano25). The suture needle was passed through a porcine gallbladder during a suturing procedure. The probe recorded data is of the form <em>Fx, Fy, Fz, Tx, Ty, Tz</em>.</p
