Abstract

<p>This plot is based on –log₁₀ (<i>P</i>-value) from GWAS and imputation analysis against chromosome position, each color represents different chromosome. Blue line indicate suggestive association threshold, <i>P</i> = 1×10⁻⁵ while red line indicate genome-wide significant threshold <i>P</i><5×10⁻⁸.</p
