In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird darauf hingewiesen, dass die Ökonomisierung der sozialen Arbeit immer mehr Einzug gewinnt. Die Ökonomisierung geht einher mit einer Verbetriebswirtschaftlichung sozialer Institutionen, was zur Folge hat, dass immer mehr an das Sparen gedacht wird und immer weniger daran, worum es in der sozialen Arbeit eigentlich gehen sollte, um die Menschen. Dies führt dann häufig zu Qualitätseinbußen Es stellte sich die Frage, ob die Ökonomisierung der sozialen Arbeit tatsächlich so wahrgenommen wird im praktischen Feld, wie es in der Literatur immer wieder als Folgen ausgeführt wird. Aufgrund dessen wurde die Forschungsfrage gestellt, wie Pädagogen die Ökonomisierung in der sozialen Arbeit tatsächlich wahrnehmen und wie sich das auf die Qualität der sozialen Arbeit auswirkt. In der Bearbeitung dieser Frage in Form von Experteninterviews hat sich herausgestellt, dass die Ökonomisierung sehr stark wahrgenommen wird und sie durch Einsparungen markanten Einfluss auf die Qualität der sozialen Arbeit hat. Dies zeigt sich hauptsächlich an Personalmangel, was dann negativen Einfluss auf die Individualität der Klienten hat. Es sollte hier mehr auf die Kinder und Jugendlichen geschaut werden, anstatt auf das Geld.In this paper it is adverted to the circumstance, that the economics gets more and more a part of the social work. This leads to savings in social institutions and the human being, which is actually the most important part in the social work, is going to be buried in the oblivion. This often results in losses of the pedagogical quality. The question was if the economics is noticed as much in the practical work as it is assumed to be theoretically. On account to that the research question was asked, how the pedagogue sees the economics in the social work and if it really has influence on the quality. This question was answered with interviews with experts and it has been emphasized that the economics affects the social work and its pedagogical quality a lot. The savings in the social work affects the quality in form of fewer pedagogues. With fewer pedagogues the individuality of the clients gets lost. The Kids should be more important than the money
