Abstract

<p>Comparison between two frames of a molecular dynamics of the sB-V32E PR complexed with NF. Protease structure at 2,500 ps (25 ns) is represented in white (<i>cartoon</i>) with Nelfinavir depicted in purple (<i>sticks</i>).
