Abstract

<p>Melanoma cells were treated with 3 µM light-activated hypericin and analyzed for protein expression of caspase 3 (CASP3), caspase 8 (CASP8), apoptosis inducing factor (AIF) and poly(ADP-ribose)polymerase 1 (PARP1) at 1, 4, 7 and 24 hours after treatment by Western blot analyses (−: uncleaved, +: cleaved).</p
