<p>Representative tracings of Fura-2 Ca²⁺ imaging (A). Stimulation of intracellular Ca²⁺ was demonstrated following the addition of Sinupret to HSNE cells. UTP (positive control) also led to increased intracellular Ca²⁺.</p
