Current land use in Chaco region.

Abstract

<p>Figure 3. Current land use in the Chaco ecoregion (Argentina, West Paraguay and South Bolivia). Current land use were characterized using the most updated MODIS -NDVI 250m satellite images (2012-2013 period). Regions with high slopes, frequently flooded areas and water bodies are showed with line pattern and light gray, respectively, and were not considered in the analysis of potential cropping area.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p
