The purposeofthis study tolook ataligningIT investments byusingmethods new informationeconomicsto determinewhetherITinvestmentsareright on target, with therateofacceptanceanduse of information systemsandapplications that have beenapplied. The results ofthe strategicalignmentin terms ofongoing activitieswithSWOT and using McFarlanstrategiesthatITinvestmentsproducethe Ministryof Transportationis stillin a state ofcrisis, which means ithas alotof activitiesthat mustbe developedin order torealize the visionandmission ofthe Ministryof Transportation.
