Abstract

Taxonomic comparison of all DNA samples. Comparative analysis tree view for unstable plaque samples from seven patients with symptomatic atherosclerotic disease (cases, white) and five stable plaques from a control group (controls, gray) at “family” level of NCBI taxonomy. The scale shows the log value of reads assigned directly to a particular node. Some of the family hits that are likely to be of human origin are marked with black crosses. (EPS 923 kb
