Standardized coefficients of the relationship between phylogenetic isolation (PI) and plant origin (PO) on the response variables (richness, Jaccard’s index, Simpson’s index and specialization) of insect herbivores, for all herbivores, only endophagous assemblages, or only exophagous assemblages.
