El origen del proceso de enfermería puede situarse en las décadas de los 50 y 60 del siglo XX, en los Estados Unidos de América y en Canadá. Con este trabajo se pretende analizar hasta dónde ha llegado la influencia del proceso de enfermería en Guipúzcoa. Los resultados desvelan que en Guipúzcoa se empieza a enseñar el proceso de enfermería durante el curso 1978-1979 en la Escuela de Enfermería de San Sebastián, y desde entonces hasta ahora, se ha enseñado todos los años. Por otra parte, en el sistema público de salud se empezó a aplicar el proceso de enfermería de forma especializada en 1990.Erizaintza-prozesuaren sorrera XX. mendeko berrogeitahamargarren eta hirurogeigarren hamarkadetan koka daiteke, Ameriketako Estatu Batuetan eta Kanadan. Lan honen bidez, erizaintza-prozesuak Gipuzkoako herrialdean zenbaterainoko isla izan duen aztertu nahi da. Emaitzei dagokionez, Gipuzkoan, Donostiako Erizaintza Eskolan 1978-1979 ikasturtean hasten da erizaintza-prozesua irakasten, eta geroztik gaurdaino, urtez urte irakatsi izan da. Bestalde, osasun-sistema publikoan maila espezializatuan 1990. urtean hasi ziren erizaintza-prozesua aplikatzen.Les origines de la formation infirmière remontent aux années 1950 et 1960, où elle apparaît aux États-Unis et au Canada. Ce travail vise à analyser le développement de la formation infirmière au Gipuzkoa. Les résultats montrent que l'infirmerie commence à être enseignée durant l'année scolaire 1978-1979 à l'école d'Infirmerie de San Sebastián, une formation dispensée, depuis, chaque année. Le système public de santé, quant à lui, commence à offrir une formation infirmière spécialisée en 1990.The origin of the nursing process can be situated in the 1950s and 1960sin the United States of America and Canada.
