<p>Metabolites in glycolysis pathway (A and B) and TCA cycle (C-H) were measured by SIM mode operated-GC/MS using skeletal muscle samples from 5-month-old WT and Nmnat3 KO mice (n = 4 for each group). Metabolites measured by GC/MS included pyruvate (A), lactate (B), isocitric acid/ citric acid (C), aconitic acid (D), oxaloacetic acid (E), fumaric acid (F), succinic acid (G), and malic acid (H).
