Mangiferin mitigates overweight in obese rats.

Abstract

<p>Zucker rats with the obese (<i>fa/fa</i>) phenotype (2 months old) were treated with placebo or with mangiferin (15 mg/kg BW/days) for 8 weeks, and body weight was monitored every two weeks.
