<p>A human inhibitory anti-tissue factor antibody (Ref 4509 Sekisui) significantly delayed the coagulation initiation, prolonging the clotting time (A) and the time to maximal velocity of clot formation (C). No change was observed in the clot formation time (B) or area under curve (D). Two tailed Wilcoxon test was performed and p-values < 0.05 were considered significant.
