本发明涉及一种上置翼调节装置及高速飞行器,该装置包括至少一升降杆、驱动部件和控制器;升降杆用于连接驱动部件和上置翼,并在驱动部件的动作下升降;驱动部件与控制器连接,并在控制器的作用下驱动升降杆的动作以及升降高度;控制器输入端与飞行器的控制装置连接,输出端与驱动部件连接,控制器根据接从输入端接收到的来自于飞行器的控制装置的输入信号输出控制信号,并将该控制信号输出至驱动部件。当飞行状态改变时,控制器通过控制装置读入飞行参数并获得升降杆升降幅度,通过驱动部件调节上置翼高度,避免飞行状态改变时机体激波与上置翼交叉而引发的安全问题,通过控制上置翼的位置可获得更好的整机气动性能
