超声速燃烧熄火极限实验研究

本工作采用直联式超燃平台在隔离段入口马赫数2.5,来流空气总压1.0MPa,总温范围700-2200K条件下,测定了煤油和乙烯两种典型碳氢燃料的熄火极限。凹腔稳焰器处CH化学发光的测量结果表明强燃烧火焰稳定驻留区域位于凹腔剪切层或燃料射流尾迹,而弱燃烧的火焰稳定区域在凹腔内部。结合实验结果和层流火焰速度计算结果,分析了燃料温度和燃料特性对于碳氢燃料超声速燃烧熄火极限的影响,定性解释了稳焰极限规律。还研究了加氢对于碳氢燃料稳焰极限和稳焰模式的影响。为了进一步研究稳焰机制,通过CH化学发光高频测量获得了贫富油熄火过程,发现贫富油熄火过程不同;富油熄火边界存在吹熄后再次自点火现象。自点火发生于剪切层..
