前言对于组织工程和生物制药而言,如何实现细胞的大量繁殖一直以来都是一个十分关键的问题。中科院力学所发展了差动式旋转生物反应器,并申请了相关的专利(授权号:99123883.4),它可以为细胞生长提供低紊流、低剪切和充分的氧化环境。本文的工作试图利用流体力学的数值方法,研究如何通过调整反应器的旋转条件来控制细胞培养室内的力学环境,以避免过高的应力损害细胞的生长,同时保证细胞有充分的营养供应
