Abstract
采用MFX方法建立了主动冷却通道三维热流固耦合数值计算模型,通过定义流固界面进行载荷传递作为相应的边界条件,分析中考虑了碳氢燃料及镍基合金材料热物理性质随温度的变化,求解获得了流场与结构的温度场以及结构的应力场。并比较了三种不同构型冷却通道的传热性能和结构响应。研究表明,冷却通道内壁面存在显著的应力集中,对焊接强度造成影响;半圆截面通道的传热性能最差,应力集中也最显著;当入口流速从5m/s降为2m/s时,冷却液流量减少减弱了冷却效果
