Abstract
研究包括塔柱、承船厢、提升钢索、滑轮组、平衡重、厢内水体、驱动机构和限位装置在内的齿轮齿条垂直爬升式升船机系统,讨论其自振特性和稳定性;根据系统的设计方案,通过动力学相似原则将塔柱简化为空间桁架模型;将承船厢视为空间梁、板和集中质量系统,厢内水体离散为三维容器流体单元;将驱动机构和限位装置简化为弹簧单元;利用有限元程序ANSYS建立升船机系统的参数化流-固耦合有限元模型,通过求解大型特征值问题,得到系统的自振特性,并讨论弹簧刚度、承船厢竖向位置对系统自振特性的影响。利用自振频率为零时系统失稳的力学概念,讨论系统的稳定性
